My name is David Elias. A couple of interesting things about myself. I am 24 and the third oldest of 14 children in my family.
I have been an avid exerciser since I was about 12 years old, learning all that I could from several different teachers and sources. I have completed 9 years of Tae Kwon Do training and have acquired a second degree black belt and several tournament medals and trophies.
I have been doing CrossFit for just over a year now and I realized very quickly that this was something I wanted to be more involved in. I got my level 1 certification in November 2017 and have been coaching fitness ever since.
I love helping our athletes push their limits, increase their strength and realize their goals; doing things they never thought they could before because of age or a lack of a skill or strength. Working on my fitness has made me faster, stronger, and given me more endurance and even helped me keep my sports asthma in check by strengthening my body.
