Jackson brings a unique skill set to the coaching staff at Zamora Fitness as a fitness coach as well as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jackson uses his knowledge as a physical therapist to assist in avoiding injury and optimizing movement. He is passionate about encouraging proper form and performance to prevent avoidable injury, to keep athletes healthy so they can achieve their fitness goals.
Jackson has been doing CrossFit since 2015, falling in love with the sport while craving for a high level of fitness similar to his athletic background. He was a local lacrosse player competing in high school as well as the collegiate level. Jackson uses his positivity to help athletes overcome doubt and perceived limitations to reach their full potential.
